Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Sezgin Yazılım tarafından sunulan StokCari Online web sitesi (stokcari.online) ve Android uygulamasında (“Hizmet”) hangi verilerin işlendiğini ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar.

1. Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: ad soyad, e-posta adresi, şifre (yalnızca geri döndürülemez şekilde şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır), firma ünvanı.
• İşletme verileri: sizin girdiğiniz stok, cari, kasa, satış/alış belgeleri, sipariş, kullanıcı, şube ve depo kayıtları. Bu veriler size aittir ve yalnızca sizin hesabınız (ve yetki verdiğiniz kullanıcılar) tarafından görülür.
• Teknik veriler: güvenlik amacıyla IP adresi, oturum (giriş) kayıtları ve işlem günlükleri.
• Abonelik bilgileri: Android’de abonelik Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme/kart bilgilerinize erişmeyiz; yalnızca aboneliğin durumu (aktif/bitiş tarihi) Google’dan doğrulanır.

2. Cihaz izinleri

• Kamera: yalnızca barkod okutmak için kullanılır; görüntüler kaydedilmez veya gönderilmez.
• Bluetooth: yalnızca fiş yazıcısına bağlanmak için kullanılır.
• İnternet: verilerinizi sunucuyla eşitlemek için gereklidir.

3. Verileri nasıl kullanırız

Verileriniz yalnızca Hizmeti sunmak, hesabınızı güvende tutmak, abonelik durumunu doğrulamak ve destek vermek için kullanılır. Verilerinizi satmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama için paylaşmayız. Hizmette reklam veya üçüncü taraf izleme (analitik) aracı bulunmaz.

4. Paylaşım

Verileriniz; yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Hizmet, barındırma sağlayıcımız (Hostinger) sunucularında çalışır; abonelik doğrulaması için Google Play ile iletişim kurulur.

5. Güvenlik

Bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Şifreler tek yönlü şifrelenir. Yine de internet üzerinden hiçbir aktarım yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir.

6. Saklama ve silme

Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Demo hesaplar 24 saat sonra otomatik silinir. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil) ya da web sitesinden kendiniz silebilirsiniz; ayrıntılar için Hesap silme sayfasına bakın. Ayrıca aşağıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak da silme talep edebilirsiniz.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK)

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu işletme verilerinde, kendi müşterilerinizin kişisel verileri bakımından veri sorumlusu siz, bizim ise veri işleyen konumunda olduğumuz kabul edilir.

8. Çocuklar

Hizmet işletmeler içindir ve 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed, and how it is protected, in the StokCari Online website (stokcari.online) and Android app (the “Service”) provided by Sezgin Yazılım.

1. Data we collect

• Account information: full name, email address, password (stored only in irreversibly hashed form), company name.
• Business data: the stock, account (customer/supplier), cash, sales/purchase document, order, user, branch and warehouse records you enter. This data belongs to you and is visible only to your account (and the users you authorize).
• Technical data: for security purposes, IP address, sign-in (session) records and activity logs.
• Subscription information: on Android, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment or card details; only the subscription status (active / end date) is verified with Google.

2. Device permissions

• Camera: used only to scan barcodes; images are not saved or sent anywhere.
• Bluetooth: used only to connect to a receipt printer.
• Internet: required to synchronize your data with the server.

3. How we use data

Your data is used only to provide the Service, keep your account secure, verify subscription status and give support. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing. The Service contains no ads and no third-party tracking (analytics) tools.

4. Sharing

Your data is not shared with anyone unless required by law. The Service runs on the servers of our hosting provider (Hostinger); Google Play is contacted to verify subscriptions.

5. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed one-way. Still, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is open. Demo accounts are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can delete your account and all your data yourself in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the website; see the Account deletion page for details. You can also request deletion by writing to the email address below.

7. Your rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. For the business data you enter, you are considered the data controller with respect to your own customers’ personal data, and we are considered the data processor.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at persons under 18.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
