StokCari Online hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman kendiniz silebilirsiniz. Hesap silme yalnızca firma sahibi tarafından yapılabilir (personel ve yöneticiler silemez).
Nasıl silinir?
- Android uygulamasında ya da web sitesinde hesabınızla giriş yapın.
- Ayarlar → Hesabı sil bölümüne gidin.
- Şifrenizi yazın; e-posta adresinize 6 haneli bir onay kodu gönderilir.
- Kodu girin ve onay için SİL yazın.
- Hesabınız 7 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu süre içinde giriş yapıp Ayarlar → Silmeyi iptal et diyerek vazgeçebilirsiniz.
Aktif bir Google Play aboneliğiniz varsa, önce Play Store → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal etmeniz gerekir; abonelik iptali Google tarafından yönetilir.
Neler silinir?
Firma ve kullanıcı hesapları, şubeler, depolar, stok ve cari kayıtları ve fotoğrafları, satış/alış belgeleri, siparişler, teklifler, kasa ve cari hareketleri, çalışan ve imalat kayıtları, aktivite kayıtları ve oturumlar kalıcı olarak silinir. Silinen veri geri getirilemez; silmeden önce verilerinizi Excel olarak dışa aktarmanızı öneririz.
Neler saklanır?
Abonelik ödemelerinize ait kayıtlar Google Play tarafından kendi politikalarına göre tutulur. Sunucu yedekleri en geç birkaç hafta içinde döngüyle silinir.

Hesabınıza erişemiyorsanız info@stokcari.online adresine kayıtlı e-postanızdan yazın; kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra silme talebinizi yerine getiririz.
Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your StokCari Online account and all your data yourself at any time. Only the company owner can delete the account (staff and managers cannot).
How to delete
- Sign in to your account in the Android app or on the website.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Enter your password; a 6-digit confirmation code is sent to your email.
- Enter the code and type DELETE to confirm.
- Your account is permanently deleted after 7 days. During this period you can sign in and choose Settings → Cancel deletion to keep it.
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it first in Play Store → Subscriptions; subscription cancellation is managed by Google.
What is deleted
Company and user accounts, branches, warehouses, stock and account records and their photos, sales/purchase documents, orders, quotes, cash and account movements, employee and manufacturing records, activity logs and sessions are permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered; we recommend exporting your data to Excel first.
What is retained
Records of your subscription payments are kept by Google Play under its own policies. Server backups are rotated out within a few weeks at most.
Can't sign in?
If you cannot access your account, write to info@stokcari.online from your registered email; after verifying your identity we will process the deletion request.
